| About our School:written consent from parents. Parents will be notified when the event will take place. Each child must have change of clothing in the center in the event of emergency. All clothing must be marked. Dress your child according to the day. The center is not responsible for toys brought from home. All enrollment forms must be completed prior to child attending center. Health Status Review Report and Immunization Records signed by a physician/health source must be turned in prior to child attending center annually. Children who are ill may not remain in the center. Parents will be called and are required to pick their child/children up. When a communicable disease is introduced into the center parents will be informed. If your child has missed days in the center due to medical reasons, a Dr.’s excuse is mandatory upon return. Parents are required to escort their children in and out the center at all times. Children may not bring food to the center. Snacks and meals will be provided, except in the case of allergies and a special diet from a physician. Each preschool child in the center is required to take a nap or rest period each day. The Children’s Christian Center will give out graduation certificates. Wall decoration with student photos.
